ISLAMABAD – Former prime minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif s principalsecretary Fawad Hasan Fawad has hinted at plea bargain with NationalAccountability Bureau (NAB).
According to the sources, Fawad Hassan Fawad, who was arrested by NAB inassets beyond the means case, could not present ample evidence beforeanti-graft watchdog.
However, Fawad Hassan Fawad s family member approached NAB to discuss thecondition for plea bargain and amount due to be paid.
“Keeping in mind the value of the assets which are not compatible with theincome sources, NAB determines the amount of plea-bargain and its approvalis taken from the executive board” NAB responded to his family.
