SRINAGAR – Two Kashmiri youth were martyred in an overnight encounter withsecurity forces in occupied Jammu and Kashmir’s Sopore, the Army said onThursday.
Security forces launched a cordon and search operation in Brath Kalan areaof Sopore in Baramulla district on Wednesday evening, an Army officialsaid.
He said the operation turned into an encounter after youth opened fire onsecurity forces, however the local media did not report any such encounter.
