RAWALPINDI – Australian High Commissioner HE Dr Geoffrey Shaw called onChief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ on Wednesday.
According to the press release issued by Inter-Service Public Realtion(ISPR), the matters of mutual interest including bilateral cooperation andregional security were discussed during the meeting.
A day earlier, Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Mehdi Honardoostlinkpaida farewell call on COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ.
According to a press release issued by the ISPR, COAS thanked theambassador for his services in Pakistan and acknowledged his contributionstowards improving Pak-Iran relations.

The visiting dignitary also appreciated the COAS for contributions of PakArmy towards regional peace and stability and for efforts in makingPak-Iran border of peace.
