ISLAMABAD – Islamabad High Court (IHC) gives a blow to former PresidentGeneral (R) Pervaiz Musharraf.
IHC on Tuesday has rejected former Army Chief and President PervezMusharraf s plea against the order of special court allowing formation ofjudicial commission to go abroad and record former his statement in hightreason case.
A two member bench of IHC comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice MohsinAkhtar Kiyani resumed the hearing of the case.
