KABUL – A foreign troops convoy was targeted in a car bombing in Dand district in the province on Monday afternoon, officials confirmed.
Kandahar police headquarters on Monday confirmed that a suicide bomber targeted a convoy of foreign forces in the southern province while they were patrolling around their base in Dand district.
The attacker reportedly detonated a car-laden with explosives.
No further information has been released nor have details been given about casualties.
