KABUL – Massive systematic fraud reported in Afghan Presidential electionsin favour of Ashraf Ghani.
Asadullah Saadati, the running mate of Abdullah Abdullah has said thatattempts are being to commit systematic fraud in presidential elections.Speaking during a press a press conference earlier today, Saadati said theydid not have good news from the Independent Election Commission as theprocess is being taken forward in a ‘devious’ manner, Khaama Press hasreported.
Saadati further added that the Stability and Partnership team has beenemphasizing that the non-biometric votes are not fundamental as per theprocedures of the election commission.
However, he said the commission started scanning the ballots and entry ofits results into the system under the pretext of protecting the documents.

Insisting that the approach is an attempt to commit a systematic fraud,Saadat said the Stability and Partnership team has a stance which isprincipled and legal and is in line with the national and internationalagreements as the election commission is not authorized to enter theinvalid votes into the system.
