Tanvir achieved the feat in the 1st Qualifier of the Caribbean PremierLeague (CPL) playing for Guyana Amazon Warriors against Trinbago KnightRiders. He picked 2 wickets to cross the 300-mark while also hitting a sixoff the penultimate ball of the last over to help his team qualify for thefinal of the event.
The wrong-footed bowler follows the footprints of former Pakistan captainShahid Afridi who also has 301 wickets in T20 cricket.
