The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has opened applications for the Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26, offering fully funded undergraduate opportunities for Pakistani students to study in Oman.
Through this initiative, students can pursue bachelor’s degrees in Engineering, Humanities, Information Technology, and Sciences (excluding Medicine) at selected universities in Oman. The program is designed to strengthen educational and cultural relations between Pakistan and Oman while enabling talented students to access top-tier academic facilities.

Monthly stipend: OMR 200 (without housing) or OMR 140 (with housing)
