ISLAMABAD – Islamabad High Court has ordered Interior Ministry to removethe name of Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Overseas Pakistanis andHuman Resource Development Zulfi Bukhari from Exit Control List.
A two-member bench of the Court comprising Justice Aamir Farooq and JusticeMohsin Akhtar Kiani announced the reserved verdict in the case in Islamabadon Wednesday.
