LAHORE – Two top level officials of the Pakistan International Airlines(PIA) have reportedly been suspended by authorities over forgery and fraud.
The duo has been suspended for providing fake documents to get visas to theUnited States.
According to a private news channel, Deputy General Manager Hassan Qureshiand Assistant Manager Ayesha, who were deployed at the Allama IqbalInternational Airport in Lahore, allegedly used fake NOC to get the visas.
Authorities have suspended both officers and launched an investigationagainst them. Qureshi is also facing another probe pertaining to thedisappearance of two catering vehicles.
