ISLAMABAD – Ambassador of Uzbekistan Furkat Sidikov called on Minister forDefence Production Zobaida Jalal in Rawalpindi today.
During the meeting, the two sides stressed the need to explore avenues inthe field of joint production ventures.
It was further emphasized that the existing cordial relations between thetwo countries be translated into active cooperation in the defenceproduction sector.
The Minister said Pakistan attaches great value to its friendly andcooperative ties with Uzbekistan. She said relations between the twocountries are based on mutual respect and trust.
