SHARJAH – 36-year-old Pakistani national died after he jumped from theseventh floor of a highrise in Sharjah and landed violently on a car parkedunder the building. The police said the deceased, identified as Z.S., had aheated argument with a family member, following which he jumped.
The incident was reported in the Muwaileh area, Khaleej Times has reported.
The police said they received an emergency call at the operations room andimmediately dispatched a team of officers from the criminal investigationdepartment and paramedics to the site. The team found the man in a pool ofblood and immediately rushed him to Al Kuwaiti Hospital, where he succumbedto his injuries.
The police have taken his family members into custody for interrogation todetermine the reason of his suicide. The family members told the policethat the deceased had heated arguments with someone, before he jumped tohis death.
