KARACHI – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) MNA and Federal Minister forWater Resources Faisal Vawda has been issued with a notice by SHC on apetition seeking his disqualification over dual nationality.
While hearing the petition filed by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leaderQadir Khan Mandokhel, the high court asked where is Faisal Vawda anddirected that voice be raised outside for his presence.-
The voice was raised for Vawda but he could not appear before the court.The court said that notices should be issued to Vawda through SpeakerNational Assembly and Ministry of Water Resources.

The court remarked that verdict would be announced on available evidences,if Vawda does not appear till 13th November. The petitioner, Qadir KhanMandokhel said: “Vawda will appear automatically if his assembly membershipis suspended for two days.”
