*ISLAMABAD – The Ministry for Information and Broadcasting has removedArshad Khan as the managing director (MD) of Pakistan Television Network(PTV).*
According to the notification, Colonel (r) Hassan has replaced Arshad Khanas MD PTV.
It is pertinent to mention here that a tussle between Fawad Chaudhary andArshad Khan ended with a drop scene of new MD selection committee.
The selection committee, headed by Minister for Information Fawad Chaudharyand Advisor to Prime Minister on Media Yousuf Baig Mirza was mandated toselect the new MD PTV.
