ISLAMABAD – PAF F – 16 Fighter Jet crashed in Islamabad, Pilot WC Naumanmartyred.
A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) F-16 aircraft crashed near Shakarparian inIslamabad on Wednesday morning during rehearsals for the March 23 parade,the air force said.
Wing Commander Nauman Akram was martyred in the crash, PAF confirmed.
PAF said rescue teams rushed to the site of the crash while a board ofinquiry has been ordered by Air Headquarters to determine the cause of theaccident.Ad
