Senator Irfan Siddiqui said that Nawaz Sharif will leave for Saudi Arabiatomorrow, and he won’t be visiting China or Qatar. Senator Irfan Siddiquimentioned that there are no engagements in Saudi Arabia, such as meetingswith the royal family, to his knowledge.
Nawaz Sharif will perform Umrah, spend some time with his son Hussain, andmost of his time will be in Madinah Munawwarah. Nawaz Sharif’s speech willnot be that of a public leader but of a political strategist.
Irfan Siddiqui also mentioned that Nawaz Sharif will arrive in the UnitedArab Emirates a day or two before leaving for Pakistan on October 21st.Nawaz Sharif has connections with many countries, particularly friendlynations. Some informal contacts exist, as well as official ones.
They also stated that discussions regarding investment from friendlycountries in Pakistan have taken place. There is no program for a visit toChina, Qatar, or any other country before October 21st. He will only visitthe two countries.
