*ISLAMABAD – New developments have been reported in the case of NawazSharif and Maryam Nawaz name on the Exit Control List.*
*Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz haveapproached the Ministry of Interior for removal of their names from theExit Control List (ECL).*
Sharif and members of his family, who were released from Adiala prisonafter suspension of their jail terms by the Islamabad High Court lastmonth, wrote a letter to the interior ministry, asking it strike theirnames off the no-fly list.
The sources said the letter was written a week ago; however, the ministryhas not given any response yet.
