NEW DELHI – In yet another incident of brutal rape, Indian father rapesdaughter as mother catches him red handed.
A case was lodged with the Madhupura police station on Saturday after amother alleged her alcoholic husband sexually harassed her 5-year-olddaughter while she was sleeping.
The incident took place late on Friday night in a Chawl located in theMadhupura area. According to the police, the complaint was lodged by thevictim’s mother.
As per the complaint, the woman alleged her husband is an alcoholic and heusually came drunk. Regarding this, there used to be frequent fightsbetween the couple as he ignored his family’s needs and she was the soleearning person, while the husband used to assault her on daily basis.
As per her allegations, on Friday night the woman prepared food for her5-year-old daughter and they both went to sleep. Late in the night, herdrunk husband stepped inside and slept beside them. When the mother woke upto drink water, she caught her husband in the sinful act, while herdaughter was sleeping.
She immediately stopped him from the act and saved her daughter. She tookher daughter outside the house and later on Saturday morning she lodged anofficial complaint at the Madhupura police station. A case was lodgedagainst her husband under Section 354 (A) of Indian Penal Code and POCSOAct Section 7,8 with the Madhupura police station on Saturday and theaccused was later arrested.
