BEIJING – China says it will respond if United States takes any new stepson trade.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang told a regular briefing afterPresident Donald Trump warned he was ready to slap tariffs on virtually allChinese imports into United States.
He said if U.S. takes any new tariff measures against China, then theChinese side will inevitably take countermeasures to resolutely protect itslegitimate rights.
