ISLAMABAD – Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Saturday visits housesof martyr soldiers along with his wife.
He said our heroes are proud of Pakistan Army and nation. He said we willnever forget sacrifices of our heroes.
Army chief along with his wife visited families of martyred soldiers andoffered prayer for their soul, ISPR said in a statement.
COAS visited family of martyred Colonel Rashid Baig and Lieutenant ColonelWaseem Hayat and offered prayer for martyrs.
ISPR said Army Chief also visited martyred sepoy Ghulam Ali to expressgrief with the families. He said sacrificing life for the defence ofmotherland is highest sacrifice that one can make.
COAS said that we can never thank enough families of our shuhadas for theirgreat sacrifice. He said it is our duty to stay connected with them and weare lifetime responsible for their well-being.
