PTI announces election manifesto

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf unveiled its election manifesto today announcing the country will be made business friendly and reforms will be introduced in the institutions to help the country stand on its own feet.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan announced the party manifesto at a ceremony in Islamabad on Monday.

Highlighting key points of the manifesto, Imran Khan said if his party is voted to power, institutions such as FBR, FIA, SECP and NAB will be strengthened and reformed. He said the FBR will be made an institution free from any political pressure.

The PTI Chairman said his party will create ten million jobs across the country in five years and build five million low cost houses.

He said warehouses will be built for farmers to store their goods and will provide full support in its exports. Moreover, modern methodology will be adopted in the field of livestock.

Talking about foreign policy of Pakistan, he said dependent nations cannot have an independent foreign policy.

Imran Khan said PTI will ensure universal health coverage and enhance the focus of primary care while upgrading secondary and tertiary facilities.

Replying to a question, he said new province of South Punjab will end sense of deprivation among the people of area.

On a question about Kashmir, he said human rights violations have immensely increased in Occupied Kashmir and we will highlight the brutalities of India in occupied valley.
