Panic mode: Shahbaz Sharif to contest elections from 3 constituencies of Karachi

*LAHORE – Shehbaz Sharif will contest upcoming general elections from threenational assembly constituencies of Karachi.*

Former chief minister of Punjab will be the party candidate for NA-248,NA-249 and NA-250 seats from the metropolitan. Rana Mashood, PML-N member,will shortly reach city court to receive the nomination papers for ShehbazSharif.

Under the supervision of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremeleader Nawaz Sharif, a meeting of parliamentary board is being held toannounce the first list of party candidates for the national and provincialassembly constituencies.

Shehbaz Sharif, the incumbent president of PML-N, was interviewed by theparliamentary board.

“Mian Sb [Nawaz Sharif], you are the party quaid [supreme leader] and it isyour decision whether to give me a ticket or not,” Shehbaz said before theparty board.

While he was describing the board on his performance and future plansduring the interview, Shehbaz’s brother Nawaz Sharif lauded the efforts ofShehbaz Sharif by saying that “It is due to the outstanding performance ofShehbaz Sharif that PML-N is here to stay in Punjab.”

Alongside, Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif, the meeting is being attendedby Maryam Nawaz, Hamza Shehbaz, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Ahsan Iqbal, RanaSanaullah, Asif Ashraf and Rana Mashood among others at Model Town inLahore.
