PTI government set to launch three Mega Projects over Rs 100 billions

ISLAMABAD – Central Development Working Party has recommended 3 megaprojects to Executive Committee of National Economic Council for its finalapproval.

The meeting of the committee held in Islamabad today (Thursday) withPlanning Minister Makhdum Khusro Bakhtyar in the chair.

The projects include Emergency plan for Polio Eradication worth 986 milliondollars, Nai Gaj Dam worth 46.5 billion rupees and Punjab Police integratedcommand, control and communication worth 17,520 million rupees.

Addressing the meeting the Minister said polio eradication is a nationalpriority so a fast monitoring mechanism be made to ensure smoothimplementation.
