BEIJING – Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi reveals importantreason behind PM Imran Khan Special visit to China ahead of Indian PM Modiand Chinese President Xi Jinping short visit to India.
Foreign Minister (FM) Shah Mahmood Qureshi said on Wednesday that Meetingwith Chinese President Xi Jinping was important before his Indian shortvisit.
He was speaking in Beijing about Prime Minister Imran Khan’s meetings withthe Chinese leadership. “The Chinese president is paying a short informalvisit to India and it was our mutual desire to take each other intoconfidence regarding the visit,” he maintained.
FM Qureshi has said such unique is the relationship between Pakistan andChina that they always take each other into confidence on all importantmatters. He said it is the third visit of the Prime Minister to China inthe last thirteen months.
