NEW DELHI – Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has been brutally mockedby countrymen over shastra puja cum ‘tamasha’ on receiving first Rafalefighter jet from France.
Besides the twitter brigade trolls, Indian Congress had hit out at RajnathSingh for performing the shastra puja during the Rafale handover ceremonyaccusing the BJP-led government at the Centre of trying to saffronise theRafale handover.
Senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge called the whole thing a dramaand said that there was no need for the Defence Minister to perform’shastra puja’. “There is no need to do such ‘tamasha’ (drama).
