CHICAGO – People from Pakistan and other communities – waving Pakistani andKashmiri flags – protested outside the Indian consulate in Chicago onMonday against Indian atrocities in the Occupied Kashmir.
A large number of Jewish, Christian and Sikh leaders participated in theprotest held outside the Indian consulate. Indian community leaders werealso present in the protest.
On the occasion, the speakers said that India has imposed curfew inoccupied valley for the past one month, adding that the hospital gates areclosed for the sick.
They also said that Occupied Kashmir is creating the scene of Karbala, withIndian extremist, RSS goons and terrorists – wearing army uniforms – arecommitting genocide in the Kashmir.
World organizations, especially the UN, the OIC, the European Union andhuman rights organizations are playing a role as silent spectators.
