NEW DELHI – It has been almost five years ever since Bollywood’s hottestcouple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone started dating and after numerouswedding rumors, the ‘Gunday’ actor has finally admitted that marriage is onhis mind.
Recently rumors of Ranveer and Deepika’s destination wedding plans inMaldives stirred up the Indian movie industry as one close source to thecouple admitted that 2018 will be the couple’s wedding year. “Yes, Ranveerand Deepika are getting married this year and it is going to be adestination wedding. They both are beach bums and you can expect a beachwedding. It will be an intimate affair though with just close family andfriends in attendance,” source told Pink Villa.
With all these rumors making round Ranveer recently sat down for aninterview where the ‘Padmaavat’ actor was asked about the same to which hesaid, “Really, I don’t know where that’s coming from. But, yes of course,these are things I think about. I try and create a work and life balance soas much as I consumed by my work at the moment, these things are on mymind. But, nothing has decided as of yet.”
On work front, Ranveer has some major projects lined up including ZoyaAkhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’ and when he was asked if he will get married in thenear future, Ranveer said, “Currently, I am a little bit consumed with mywork. I have got a lineup of films; one that I am currently shooting. I amcurrently in the thick of ‘Gully Boy’, after that I have got ‘Simmba’, withRohit Shetty and then ‘1983 World Cup’. Right now, I am just consumed bythese exciting opportunities.”
