WASHINGTON – United States will launch a formal diplomatic protest toRussia over a naval encounter in western Pacific.
This was stated by acting U.S. Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan whiletalking to reporters at Pentagon.
Shanahan said we will have military-to-military conversations.
