DUBAI – Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed comes under fire after disgraceful seriesdefeat from New Zealand.
Former captain Ramiz Raja stated that Sarfraz needs to control histemperament, and needs to learn from Kiwis captain Kane Williamson. “Williamson leadership is simple; he gives a short brief to his side, hebrought two debutant spinners in UAE, which were both able to outclassPakistan in its home conditions.”
“Sarfraz needs to learn from Williamson captaincy, he especially needs towork on his temperament, because whenever, Sarfraz yells at his playersthey get nervous, which becomes counter effective in tough situation,” saidRaja, while talking at *Ramiz Speaks*.
Expressing disappointment over the test defeat, the former captain opinedthat the senior players in the team need to take responsibility, as theyneed to step up in pressure situations. Raja also criticized the tail endfor their continuous batting flops, calling it among the worst in the world.
