*ISLAMABAD – A* new plan is being prepared by the Planning Commission inIslamabad keeping in view the needs of the people of Balochistan,especially those in Gwadar, CPEC Secretariat has revealed.
The aim of the master plan is to reassess the maritime situation and ports.
A lot of research and planning is required to make Gwadar stand out fromother ports in the world, according to the secretariat. An integratedsystem of highways, airport, and railway is their top priority in Gwadar.

Before beginning the execution of city’s master plan, unplannedconstruction by the private sector needs to be discouraged, according tothe secretariat.
