SRINAGAR – In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their unabated acts ofstate terrorism martyred 34 Kashmiris including a young boy during the holymonth of Ramadan from May 7 to June 4, 2019.
According to the data issued by the Research Section of Kashmir MediaService, of those martyred three were killed in custody.
During the month, 497 people were critically injured due to the firing ofpellets, bullets and teargas shells by Indian army, paramilitary and policepersonnel on peaceful demonstrators in the occupied territory. 137civilians including a woman were arrested.
The killings rendered 4 women widowed and 10 children orphaned.
