LAHORE – The former husband of Bushra Maneka, who is rumoured to be ImranKhan’s third wife, has snubbed Geo TV reports regarding him and his formerwife Bushra Maneka.
He said that no such talk existed that Imran Khan has ruined my home.
Earlier Geo TV has reported that Khawar Maneka has alleged his married lifewas disturbed soon after the PTI chairman became her disciple.
“Our thirty-year long happy domestic life was disturbed after Imran becamea spiritual disciple of my former wife,” the Geo News quoted Khawar FareedManeka as saying on Sunday.
However, within less than an hour, the news channel deleted all the tweetsabout Mr Maneka making such a claim.
The alleged statement follows a storm sparked by the reports of ImranKhan’s third marriage with Bushra Maneka, a faith healer from Punjab’sPakpattan district.
The private TV channel also cited Mr Maneka setting the record straightabout his separation from his ex-wife.
“There is no truth to the rumours of Bushra obtaining khula (a form ofdivorce initiated by the wife) from me,” Mr Maneka said, according to theGeo News.
Maneka also “clarified that he granted a divorce to his then-wife threemonths ago”, the channel claimed.
