The Sindh government has declared a holiday for the Hindu community tocelebrate the festival of Holi. This holiday is scheduled for November 13,as mentioned in an official notification from the provincial government. Onthis day, the Hindu community in Pakistan will joyfully observe Holi, acolorful and festive occasion.
The notification specifies that the following Monday will be a designatedholiday for the Hindu community, commemorating the ‘festival of lights.’
This holiday applies to all government offices, autonomous andsemi-autonomous organizations, corporations, and local councils that fallunder the administrative jurisdiction of the Sindh government.

Additionally, the provincial government had previously announced a publicholiday for Iqbal Day, which is observed annually on November 9. Thisholiday is applicable in Sindh, as conveyed through an officialnotification distributed to all government departments.
