ISLAMABAD – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has approved fiveinquiries against various individuals and entities.
Meeting of the Executive Board of the anti-graft body was held in Islamabadtoday with retired Justice Javed Iqbal in the chair.
The meeting also accorded approval to investigation against CDA officersand others.
The anti-corruption organization decided to end investigation againstformer Chairman National Insurance Corporation Limited and others whileclosing the inquiries against former MNAs Mian Imtiaz, Ghulam Rabbani Khar,Hina Rabbani Khar among others on lack of evidence.

Addressing the meeting, Chairman Javed Iqbal said NAB is committed toeradicate corruption from the country and take the mega graft cases totheir logical end, besides recovering the money from corrupt elements. Hesaid motto of NAB is corruption free Pakistan.
