LAHORE – New developments have been reported in the Lahore High Court (LHC)regarding names of Sharif family on Exit Control List.
LHC on Sunday issued notice to Interior Ministry on petition seekingremoval names of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif,his daughter Maryam Nawaz and Capt (rtd) Safdar from Exit Control List(ECL).
As per details garnered, Hon’ble Justice Mamoon Rashid Sheikh began hearingof the case here in Lahore today.
As the hearing went underway, the petitioner informed court that InteriorMinistry is not providing the copy of written orders pertaining to placingSharifs on ECL.

Later, the hearing was adjourned till Jan 14.
