Pakistan Army prepared to go to any extent for Occupied Kashmir: COAS

RAWALPINDI – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa hasaffirmed that Pakistan Army is prepared and shall go to any extent tofulfil its obligations against India’s decision to legalise its occupationof Indian Occupied Kashmir through article 370 or 35-A.

The Director of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General AsifGhafoor took to the official twitter handle of the army wing afterthe Corps Commander Conference held today. The DG ISPR wrote that theCOAS fully supports government’s rejection of Indian actions regardingKashmir.

The DG ISPR further said that Pakistan never recognised the sham Indianefforts to legalise its occupation of Jammu and Kashmir through article 370or 35-A decades ago, ‘efforts which have now been revoked by India itself.’

“Pakistan Army firmly stands by the Kashmiris in their just struggle to thevery end. We are prepared and shall go to any extent to fulfil ourobligations in this regard,” the DG ISPR quoted COAS.
