ISLAMABAD – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has given green signal toprobe against Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in complaints of illegal use of powersin LNG contract for 15 years.The approval was given in an executive board meeting of the anti-graftwatchdog presided over by the chairman justice retired Javed Iqbal onWednesday.
The spokesperson NAB informed that both the former prime ministers are alsofacing the charges of billion of rupees corruption and losses to thenational exchequer.
“Both have also been facing charges of handing over the contract of LiquidNatural Gas (LNG) terminal for 15 years to a favorite company withoutmerit,” the spokesperson said.
