ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to commemorate KashmirSolidarity Day along with Defence Day on Friday (September 6) inMuzaffarabad Azad JJammu and Kashmir.
He will make address in the memory of Kashmiri martyrs in Muzaffarabad.
The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by PM Imran Khan. “SpecialDefence Day celebrations should be held in the provincial capitals to showsolidarity with Kashmiris,” he expressed. He advised the entire Pakistan toreach out to the families of martyrs on Friday.
He will visit the capital of Azad Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, where he willaddress a function to celebrate the Kashmir Day with people of the region.
It should be noted that this year the defence slogan has been themed “AeChalein Shaheed Ke Ghar (Let’s go to the house of Shaheed)” and “KashmirBanega Pakistan (Kashmir will become Pakistan)”.
