BEIJING – The United States is blackmailing on the world with increasedtariffs.
Speaking at a weekly news conference in Beijing today, Commerce Ministryspokesman warned the proposed U.S. tariffs would hit international supplychains, including foreign companies in the world’s second-largest economy,China.
The spokesman said that China will not bow down in the face of threats andblackmail and will not falter from its determination to defend free tradeand the multilateral system.
