ISLAMABAD – A notorious terrorist Ghaffar Zikri along with his three yearsold son and another fellow were killed in an operation in Lyari area ofKarachi today.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, the city Police Chief AmeerSheikh said Ghaffar Zikri was wanted to police in a number of high profilecases including kidnapping for ransom, target killing, extortion andattacks on law enforcement agencies. He carried head money of 2.5 millionrupees.
The Karachi Police Chief announced a cash prize of five hundred thousandrupees for the police party involved in the action.
Two police personnel were also injured in the encounter.
