Pakistan doesn’t have a No First Use Policy , DG ISPR sends a stern message to Indian Defence Minister over Nukes

*RAWALPINDI – Pakistan doesn’t have a ‘No First Use Policy’, DG ISPR sendsa stern message to Indian Defence Minister over Nukes statement.*

*This comes as a reaction to Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh nuclearuse policy against Pakistan.*

*Pakistan doesn’t have a no first use policy, ISPR chief Major General AsifGhafoor told the media during a briefing on Wednesday. *

This isn’t a state policy and if India wants to change it, the choice istheir’s, he said. But there’s always second use, he said. This was inresponse to Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said recently that thefuture of his country’s no first use policy on nuclear weapons “depends onthe circumstances.”

In a series of tweetslink, Singh saidthat India remains committed to the doctrine of not using nuclear weaponsfirst but “what happens [in the future] depends on the circumstances”.
