A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar has adjourned the hearing of a case regarding offshore companies of PTI Chairman Imran Khan and Secretary General Jahangir Tareen, till Monday.
PML-N leader Hanif Abbasi in his petition has prayed the court to disqualify Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen.
The petitioner’s counsel Akram Sheikh is submitting the arguments said PTI Chairman should be disqualified for hiding assets and submitting false statements with the election commission of Pakistan.
The counsel also submitted documents with regards to the foreign funding received by PTI.
