Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamd Al-Thani has offered his facilitation for de-escalation between Pakistan and India.
He made the offer during telephone talks with Prime Minister Imran Khan on Pakistan- India tension.
Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamd hailed Pakistan’s gesture of releasing the Indian pilot and underscored the importance of immediate de-escalation.
Foreign office spokesman Dr. Muhammad Faisal in a tweet said the Amir of Qatar highly appreciated efforts of Prime Minister Imran Khan for de-escalating the situation.
