ISLAMABAD – Pakistan has expressed complete support to Sri Lanka for itsnational security and offered unconditional strategic cooperation.
The understanding came at a meeting between Pakistan’s Defence Secretaryretired Lieutenant General Ikram Ul Haq and his Sri Lankan counterpartKapila Waidyaratne in Colombo today.
High Commissioner of Pakistan in Sri Lanka Dr. Shahid Ahmad Hashmat andDefence Ministry officials were also present on the occasion.
Defence Secretary Ikram Ul Haq is in Sri Lanka leading a high-leveldelegation for Pakistan-Sri Lanka Armed Forces Defence Dialogue.
