UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has underscored need for respectinghuman rights including rights of Kashmiri people.
Speaking at a regular briefing at UN Headquarters in New York, DeputySpokesman Farhan Aziz Haq said Secretary-General has always expressed needfor all human rights to be fully respected and for the authorities to actin a way that each community feels their identity is respected.
