QUETTA – Two terrorists were killed when they stormed into Balali checkpost of Frontier Corps Balochistan in the outskirts of Quetta on Tuesdayevening.
According to security sources, the terrorists opened fire on FC personnel.The security forces retaliated as a result two among them were killed onthe spot.
Meanwhile, a suicide bomber blew himself up. Consequently, seven peopleincluding two FC personnel were injured in the explosion. The securityforces condoned off the area.
The injured were rushed to CMH Quetta for treatment condition of the two FCpersonnel is stated to be serious.
Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai and Chief Minister SardarSanaullah Zehri have strongly condemned the terrorists attack on FC Checkpost at Balali near Quetta.
In their statements, they said that such coward acts on the part ofterrorists can’t deter the government’s resolve against terrorism and themenace of terrorism would be wiped out from the province at all costs.
