Former President Asif Ali Zardari has stated that he will not allow NawazSharif to become the Prime Minister at any cost. He mentioned that thePakistan People’s Party (PPP) is committed to serving the people, which isevident in their continuous electoral successes in Sindh.
Asif Ali Zardari met with representatives at the Zardari House inNawabshah, where he discussed his role in bringing about the former PrimeMinister Shahbaz Sharif but noted that Shahbaz Sharif did not deliver onhis promises.
He emphasized that the previous government did not work for the people,while the PPP has always worked in the best interest of the public. Zardariannounced plans to establish an Agricultural University in Nawabshah and aPolice University in the district to provide training to aspiringcandidates.
Furthermore, he mentioned plans to generate electricity through a hydrosystem on the Rohri Canal, improve the irrigation system, and enhance theurban infrastructure due to the growing population in Nawabshah. Zardarialso noted that it is Nawaz Sharif’s right to engage in politics, and hewas the one who initially suggested Nawaz Sharif’s return to Pakistan.
