ISLAMABAD – As the world observes Day to End Impunity for Crimes againstJournalists today, the freedom of information and expression in India facesan alarming situation.
According to Kashmir Media service, three photo journalists were beaten upby Indian police when they were covering anti-India demonstrations inSrinagar.
Several other photo and video journalists, including a woman, said thatpolice chased them and verbally abused them.
