ISLAMABAD – Railway police in Gujarat India posted a photo of Pakistanigreen train on a recently introduced application. Gujarat’s Railway policehad to remove the photo.
Gautam Parmar, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Crime, and Railways,informed India’s local news agency, “To make the application moreattractive, the app developer had put some pictures of trains. In theprocess, he inadvertently used a photograph of a Pakistani train. Uponlearning about it, we have asked the developer to remove it. It was anunintentional error,”
According to India’s local news agency, Gujarat Minister of State for HomePradeepsinh Jageja had introduced the app.
The purpose of creating the application was to inform train users to accessGovernment Railway Police (GRP) of G8ujarat in emergency cases.

In addition to this, the app also enables the user to report casesregarding drugs or human trafficking.
Apart from that, the app was also made to help people seek police supportin case of eve-teasing, an unauthorized entry in the compartment, missingchild and so on.
