RAWALPINDI – Frontier Corps Balochistan on Friday foiled a major terrorplot by apprehending at least six terrorists during raids in Balochistan.
In a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR),security forces carried out intelligence-based operations (IBOs) onterrorists’ suspected hideouts in different areas and arrested at least sixterrorists.
The IBOs were conducted in Kakar Bala, Pishin and other areas ofBalochistan.
Cache of arms and ammunition include suicide jackets, RPG rockets, submachine guns, mines, explosive and detonators were also recovered from thepossession of terrorists.
The IBOs were carried out as part of the ongoing Operation Radd ul Fasaad.
